Rachel Kaplan, founder of CPR Life Saver, has been teaching CPR and First Aid since 1995. With nearly three decades of experience, she is passionate about empowering schools, security teams, and community members with the skills and confidence to respond in emergencies.

Rachel’s dedication comes from deeply personal experience. She once performed CPR on her son when he was six after choking on a piece of steak, and more recently helped her husband during a choking emergency in a restaurant. These moments reinforced her belief that emergencies can happen at any time — and that being prepared can save lives.

Through CPR Life Saver, Rachel provides hands-on, practical training in adult, child, and infant CPR, AED, and basic first aid, designed to give participants the confidence to act quickly and effectively when it matters most.

With a passion for helping people gain the knowledge and confidence to save lives, Rachel’s CPR & First Aid education courses began in 1995. Throughout the years, she has trained thousands of individuals, from parents and teachers to healthcare professionals and corporate teams, in adult, child, and infant CPR, AED use, and basic first aid. The classes offered are a combination of clear instruction, hands-on practice, and real-life scenarios to make learning effective and enjoyable.
